This Shop Privacy Policy explains how RIDE Holdings LLC, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, doing business as "RIDE Indoor Cycling" ("RIDE," "we," "us," and "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase from the RIDE online shop at shop.ride-indoorcycling.com and related checkout pages (the "Shop").

This Shop Privacy Policy supplements RIDE's general Privacy Policy at https://www.ride-indoorcycling.com/privacy-policy/. The general Privacy Policy continues to apply to RIDE's website, mobile app, booking platform, classes, studios, and in-person services.

Information We Collect

When you use the Shop, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Order information, such as products purchased, sizes, colors, quantities, prices, pickup or shipping method, order status, returns, exchanges, and refund history.
  • Payment information, which is collected and processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
  • Customer profile information, including Shopify customer profile records that may connect online merchandise purchases with in-studio merchandise purchases when the same email address or other matching information is used.
  • Device and online activity information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the Shop.
  • Communications information, such as messages you send us about orders, pickup, shipping, returns, or customer service.

How We Use Information

We use Shop information to:

  • process, confirm, fulfill, ship, and make orders available for pickup;
  • send transactional emails, including order confirmations, ready-for-pickup notices, shipping confirmations, refund notices, and customer-service messages;
  • manage inventory, returns, exchanges, and refunds;
  • maintain Shopify customer profiles and merchandise purchase history;
  • respond to questions and provide customer support;
  • detect fraud, protect the Shop, and enforce our policies;
  • comply with tax, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping obligations; and
  • analyze and improve the Shop and our merchandise operations.

Shopify And Service Providers

The Shop is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides online store, checkout, payment, order-management, customer-profile, analytics, and related services. Information you provide through the Shop is transmitted to Shopify and processed by Shopify to provide those services. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify's privacy practices.

We also share information with service providers that help us operate the Shop, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics providers, website hosting providers, advertising and marketing technology providers, and professional advisors. These providers use information as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law. Advertising partners may also use information for their own purposes, as described under "Cookies And Online Tracking" below.

Shipping And Pickup

If you choose shipping, we use your shipping information to fulfill and deliver your order. If you choose studio pickup, we use your order and contact information to prepare the order, notify you when it is ready, verify pickup, and handle any pickup-related issues.

Email And Marketing

We send transactional emails related to Shop orders regardless of marketing preferences because they are necessary to complete and service your order.

Marketing email consent for the Shop may be collected through Shopify or related tools if enabled. RIDE's broader marketing practices are described in our general Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

Cookies And Online Tracking

The Shop uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the storefront, support checkout, remember cart contents and preferences, and analyze usage.

We also use cookies and pixels from third-party advertising partners. These partners collect information about your visits to the Shop — such as pages and products viewed, items added to your cart, and purchases — and may combine it with information about your activity over time and across other websites and apps to measure the performance of our ads and to show you ads for the Shop elsewhere. These partners use that information for their own advertising and measurement purposes under their own privacy policies.

Information Sharing Within RIDE

RIDE Holdings LLC, RIDE Indoor Cycling, and RIDE Houston may share Shop information with each other for unified merchandise operations, customer service, inventory management, reporting, and legal compliance.

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process; to enforce our agreements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of RIDE, our customers, employees, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep Shop order, payment, tax, fulfillment, and customer-service records for as long as necessary to operate the Shop, comply with tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and meet legal recordkeeping requirements. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Payment card information is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information transmitted to or stored by us or our providers will be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

The Shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Shop.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements. Some information may also be managed through Shopify customer tools if available.
